The hotel rooms are surprisingly small but come with all amenities; however, they can be a bit noisy, and lack of opening windows makes it very hot. A fan to cool the room would be a good addition.
The hotel felt like a newly built gem, providing very comfortable accommodation but a bit noisy where I could hear my neighbors. The room was small for a group of 5, but the overall comfort was good for the price paid.

The location is amazing, nestled in a quiet area close to Oldenzaal and surrounded by a swimming lake, woodland, and outdoor play facilities. However, the dining options might not fully cater to all dietary needs.
